Judge Desalvo
If I were the judge I would rule in favor of Anna because it is ultimately Anna's decision to decide whether or not she wants to give up her body parts. My understanding of Sara as a mother is she is looking out for the best of her children an will try to do anything to keep BOTH alive which means Anna's decision to not give up the kidney makes Sara furious. My understanding is that Campbell is doing what he is assigned to do as a lawyer and that his best interest is keeping Anna on the right track and win the case.

I completely agree with the "design" baby discussion. I agree because the baby is still serving a purpose in life and will be loved by it's parents no matter what. The argument about the parent not loving the child because it was selected to help the older child is irrelevant. When two adults have a kid unplanned they don't pretend to love it they do. It's the same thing with "design" babies because the parents will still love them and the child will serve a purpose in life and be proud for saving it's brother or sister in life.

Thoughts On The Holocaust
During the Holocaust things were hard for many different people from all races. I wonder how some people can be so cruel and blame other people for their on problems. Hitler used this trick to gain power and respect of most German people to ultimately bring the country out of their own problems.

Parent's Example
I believe my attitude is a spitting image of my father's. My dad has stood up to people before because he thinks he's right and usually is. My father won't be immature about a situation but when he feels the need to speak his mind he has no problem with it. One time I got in trouble for something really immature and I had done nothing in the first place to be quite honest. Getting in trouble cost me playing time for a sport and he thought the situation was completely out of hand. The next day he confronted my coach about it and spoke his mind. I earned more respect for my dad that day and still do to this day.

Mary Oliver Quote:
"Instructions for living a life. Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it."
The last time I was astonished in life was when our baseball team was league champs. I was astonished by this because our team wasn't as good as it was in the past but we still managed to win the league!

Ian's Constitutional Amendment
If I had the ability to add a new constitutional amendment I would add a law that no matter the quality of life someone is living they should be given another chance specifically speaking in HealthCare. Someone shouldn't be allowed to be taken off of life support simply because they don't have Health Insurance. They should be given the proper needs to stay alive and then work to pay off the debt caused by lack of insurance. No human being should be left to die.

I wish I could believe in Santa Clause again because Christmas was an exciting day to open presents!! But don't get me wrong it still is a very exciting day. There's just things you grow out of and that's what happens to everyone.
